OpenTable, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public OfferingSAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — January 30, 2009 — OpenTable, Inc. (“OpenTable”) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. The shares of common stock to be sold in this offering are proposed to be sold by OpenTable and certain stockholders.

The sole bookrunning manager of the offering will be Merrill Lynch & Co. The senior co-manager will be Allen & Company LLC, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and ThinkEquity LLC will be the co-managers. This offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. A copy of the preliminary prospectus, when available, may be obtained from the offices of Merrill Lynch & Co. at 4 World Financial Center, Prospectus Department, New York, NY 10080.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective.
